What to bring
- Please dress in light, comfortable clothing.  
- Wear shoes suitable for walking.  
- Bring your own smartphone.  
- Download the "ON THE TRIP" travel audio guide app in advance.​

Important Notes

・This performance requires participants to move while experiencing the event. Please note that the starting and ending locations are different.
・There is no cloakroom service provided. Please use lockers at nearby stations or facilities for large belongings. Valuables should be managed by the participants themselves.
・Participants will need to use their smartphones. Please ensure your device is fully charged on the day of the event.
・No Wi-Fi will be provided during the event. Please bring a smartphone that can use data for connectivity.
・A specialized headset will be used for the experience. After registration, headsets will be distributed and a briefing will be provided. Headsets will be collected at the end of the experience.
・The Travel Guide Audio App "ON THE TRIP" will be used for a seamless experience. Please download it in advance.

・The event will be held regardless of weather, but it may be canceled in the case of severe weather such as typhoons.
・Transferring tickets for profit without consent is prohibited.
・Please follow cough etiquette inside the venue.
・There may be changes to event details.
・Changes to performers and schedules are possible.
・In case of performer changes, there will be no rescheduling or refunds.
・Refunds or rescheduling to other performances are not possible except in the event of cancellation.
・In case of intentional damage or loss of specialized headsets, a compensation fee of 50,000 JPY will be charged.

Additionally, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for accidents or issues (excluding equipment malfunctions) that may occur during the experience. Thank you for your understanding.
