竹島唯
作・演出
daisydozeでは舞台となる土地のリサーチから、脚本、演出、作品全体の設計を担う。国際基督教⼤学⼤学院（ICU)音楽学修了。Wellesley CollegeにてTheater Studiesを学び、在学中に東宝株式会社にてミュージカル制作助手を務める。また、ブロードウェイブルーマングループにてインターンや、演出家ワークショップに参加。卒業後は、大手広告代理店にてTVCMやイベント企画、雑誌撮影に携わり、現在はAI開発会社にてHead of Creativeも担う。（写真左）
近藤香
クリエイティブプロデューサー・衣装
イマーシブシアターの企画・制作を軸とした創作活動を展開しつつ、衣装表現におい ても独自の世界観を構築している。Tokyo Fashion technology Lab ファッションデジタルデザイナー修了。2017年よりダンサー向け衣装事業を立ち上げ、現在は衣装ディレクター兼代表取締役として株式会社Mirachを率いる。プロダンスリーグ Dリーグ公式衣装を担当。ダンサーとしての経験を活かし、作品や登場人物の世界観を独自に解釈。造形的かつトレンドをおさえたデザインで、衣装を通じて、物語の内面に迫る視覚的な世界と空間をつくる。（写真右）
Yui Takeshima
Artistic Director
She leads all creative aspects, from site-specific research to scriptwriting, direction, and overall creative design. She holds an MA in Musical Theater from International Christian University (ICU) and studied Theater Studies at Wellesley College. Her career began with an internship at the Blue Man Group on Broadway, and she also worked as a musical production assistant at Toho Co., Ltd. She later created TV commercials and events at a major advertising agency in Tokyo, and currently serves as Head of Creative at an AI development company.（Left）
Kaori Kondo
Creative Producer / Costume
She creates immersive theatre productions while also developing a distinctive aesthetic in costume design. A graduate of the Fashion Digital Designer program at Tokyo Fashion Technology Lab, she launched a costume brand for dancers in 2017 and now leads Mirach Inc. as Costume Director and CEO. She has designed official costumes for the professional dance league, D.LEAGUE. Drawing on her experience as a dancer, she brings a unique interpretive approach to each work and character, crafting visually striking, sculptural, and trend-aware designs that build a deeper, more expressive world through costume. （Right)

主に、体験設計、運営、票券、広報に分かれて活動します。「イマーシブとは何か」という問いをかかげ、それぞれの担当者視点で進行していきます。
自警団
舞台となる土地や建物、その街の方々と心地よい関係が保つために、作品の一部として動くチームです。また、安心してお客様が作品を楽しめるようサポートします。主に学生を中心に活動しています。
パフォーマー
作品ごとにキャスティングします。主に、日本最大のプロダンスリーグ Dリーグや、有名アーティストの振付、東宝ミュージカルなどで活躍する、一流パフォーマーが出演し、質の高い作品を提供します。
